Comfort Zones and Finding Balance
by Louise D'Allura on February 15th, 2015

If you're struggling with something do you rely on your will power and internal resources to help you push through or just avoid it?

Do you think WILLPOWER is what you need to accomplish your goals?  Well I don't know about you, but, I find willpower depletes quickly!! Especially if it is something we feel is HARD TO CHANGE!  When I work with clients I see this and - I experience this myself!

I've been revisiting my own PRODUCTIVITY strategies.  A lot of this has been around balance, my routines and the way I work.   I don’t know about you, but I often think most of us don’t feel like we truly have it together!

Even though I was NERVOUS initially, I have to say getting that fresh perspective by working with an AMAZING expert has moved me forward in leaps and bounds!  It is worth pushing yourself outside your comfort zone to achieve your goals.

The thing is when someone else holds us accountable, we can do more than we ever thought we could!

So go on – take time to learn more and find the RIGHT person to get involved in your goals.

You’ll see it makes a massive difference and improves your chance of success!
